Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physician to join our team at PrimeCARE Medical Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Responsibilities
    • Provide medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab results and imaging studies.
    • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary.
    • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Document patient information and medical history in electronic medical records.
    • Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Leadership Responsibilities
    • Supervise and mentor mid-level providers and other staff members.
    • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited university.
  • Active medical licensure in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The Physician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of patient and employee interaction. The work area will be moderately quiet to loud, with occasional exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials. The employee will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods, with occasional lifting of patients or equipment.
