Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, personalized services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Life Skills Trainer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide life skills training and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with the BILT, Inc. team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a CORI check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Work Hours:

We are currently seeking candidates who are available to work Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
