We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Common Man Roadside Market and Deli. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
