About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SITE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join our team at Burns Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field and possess a valid driver's license. A reliable vehicle is also required for this position.

As a SITE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
  • Responding to resident requests for assistance with maintenance issues
  • Coordinating with contractors and vendors to complete larger projects

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is able to provide exceptional customer service and work well under pressure.
