Job Summary

The Food Server Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for assisting the Food Server in serving guests, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Food Servers in serving guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous customer contact.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
