As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in our mission to redefine behavioral health for kids and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis for patients under the direction of the VP, Clinical Services.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans, providing patient education and consultation as needed.
- Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests, including digital and lab results.
- Attend and participate in weekly team and supervisor clinical meetings.
- Partner with administrative teams to handle refills, prior authorizations, records, and rescheduling.
- Communicate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families as necessary.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough patient records.
- Active CRNP/APN license in the state of employment.
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working independently in the role of a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults under any nursing license.
- Board Certification by ANCC or AANP.
- DEA license to prescribe.
- State Prescriptive Authority License.
- Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment.
- A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $140,000.
