AmeriGas, the nation's largest propane distributor, is seeking a safety-minded and customer-focused Delivery Representative to join our team. As a local Delivery Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering propane to our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate a propane delivery truck along designated routes, ensuring timely and safe delivery of propane to customers.
  • Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane, adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations.
  • Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Perform daily functions in a safe manner, adhering to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Consistently use required Personal Protective Equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on fluctuating needs, to meet customer demands.

Requirements:
  • A valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, ensuring you're qualified to operate our delivery trucks.
  • An acceptable driving record, demonstrating your commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test, and background check, ensuring you meet our safety standards.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, adapting to changing environments.
  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs, ensuring you can handle the physical demands of the job.
