Teller Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Lead to join our team at PNC. As a Teller Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

• Coach and mentor tellers to deliver a unique customer experience and improve customer financial wellbeing.
• Process a variety of customer interactions, including customer transactions and referrals.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify banking opportunities.
• Lead by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and making appropriate referrals.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
