We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye and vision care services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
- Establish and manage your own patient schedule and fee schedule
- Have autonomy to control your days of practice and hours of operation
- Have the option to opt into equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
- Valid state ophthalmology license
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- A fair market value for equipment and instrumentation
- The option to opt into administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows)
