We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective and efficient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the healthcare team.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to provide well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
