Job Summary:
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in the Acute Care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a care plan based on identified needs and facilitate interventions and referrals as appropriate.
- Effectively communicate identified needs and care plans with the multidisciplinary care team, including providers, pharmacists, dieticians, social workers, case managers, and more.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust the care plan accordingly.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Acute Care setting.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in an ICU or Acute Care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
