Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning projects to deliver a quality product in a timely manner and meet or exceed business plan gross profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Monitor and control multiple projects from beginning to end, ensuring that all projects achieve targeted profit goals and meet customers' expectations.
  • Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project, and prepare and implement a budget based on estimates.
  • Schedule Control: Control the project schedule, directly responsible for timely material orders, and use discretion and judgment to ensure internal and external engineering questions are answered quickly and clearly.
  • Lessons Learned and Process Improvement: Scrutinize each completed project, identify lessons learned or overlooked, and incorporate new knowledge into day-to-day operations and future projects.
  • Customer Liaison: Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project, and act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain organized project documentation, document and clearly correspond the company's position to protect the company's interests, and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Construction Management, or Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of related experience required, with 2 years of elevator industry experience preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong supervisory and leadership skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000/year, with a total compensation package that may include commissions based on achieving individual performance and/or sales metrics, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
