Job Description
The Bristal Assisted Living is looking for a skilled Senior Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Senior Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating recreational programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate recreational programs, including trips to local attractions, cultural events, and educational activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their backgrounds, hobbies, and interests
- Assist residents in adjusting to their new living situation and encourage participation in recreational programs
- Collaborate with the Director of Recreation to ensure smooth operation of programs and activities
- Supervise and support activities, special events, and safe excursions for residents

Requirements
- Prior experience working with seniors, preferably those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative program ideas
- Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
