About the JobWe are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishwasher/Kitchen Porter. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fast-paced restaurants and will thrive in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware, ensuring they are stored properly in designated areas.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in coolers, sweeping, and mopping.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of garbage correctly.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust systems.
- Ensure safe work practices are incorporated into job performance.
- Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes, and clean the kitchen after close.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments is essential.
$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
This salary range takes into account the typical requirements for a Dishwasher/Kitchen Porter role in the United States and the specific demands of working in a high-end golf club environment.
