Job Title: Director, Make Excellence and Digital

At Kenvue, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Make Excellence and Digital team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and excellence across our operations.

About the Role:

The Director, Make Excellence and Digital will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development and execution of digital strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Driving digital transformation by deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value.
  • Partnering with global supply chain and councils to identify emerging digital technologies and prioritize innovation pipeline opportunities.
  • Optimizing project management office (PMO) to improve costs, resources, and benefits while maturing digital capabilities.
  • Acting as an internal consultant, influencing decision-making, and developing solutions to uncover business opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Supporting daily business operations and serving as the site subject matter expert for digital, problem-solving, and innovation.
  • Leading crisis management situations and functioning as the site leader in their absence.
  • Driving mindset and behavior changes across the site through leadership of various initiatives, capability building, and change management.
  • Defining and aligning site dashboards and scorecards to drive site evolution and maturity.
  • Leveraging advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technologies to continuously improve processes and drive greater value and efficiency.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, customer service, and/or related field experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and professional judgment.
  • Strong data visualization and analytical skills, including statistical tool knowledge.
  • Strong financial acumen at both plant/business level and department budgetary level.
  • Ability to create effective executive management-level presentations, formal reports, and project plans.
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Knowledge of an FDA-regulated environment.
  • Six Sigma and/or Lean Certificate (Black Belt or Green Belt).
