We are seeking an experienced Clinical Billing Coordinator to join our team at MMBS LLC dba/Aftermath Billing. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the billing process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and insurance policies to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent collection rates and length of stay numbers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of clerical and administrative procedures relating to the Behavioral Health field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to independently solve problems as they arise.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Colab MD, KIPU or similar software.
