Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Rigger to join our team at Safe Harbor Marinas. As a Marine Rigger, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of sailing equipment and hardware on our fleet of sailboats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain standing rigging, running rigging, and other sailing equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sailboats, including splicing, welding, and metalworking
  • Inspect and test sailing equipment to ensure proper function and safety
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sailboat rigging and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of sailing equipment and hardware
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
