- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum one year of hospital nursing experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program.
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
Highlands-Cashiers Hospital is a community hospital serving Macon, Jackson, and surrounding counties. We offer 24/7 emergency care, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, and long-term care through Eckerd Living Center. Our hospital has more than 24 beds for acute care services and 80+ beds in the Eckerd Living Center.
