Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to our patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Full licensure as a Psychologist in Washington state
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
