About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced App Integration Specialist to join our App Compatibility team at Apple. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between Apple devices and third-party apps.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve app compatibility issues. With a focus on customer satisfaction and quality, you'll develop tools and processes that enable our team to efficiently triage and address these issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools to facilitate app integration and testing
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to prioritize and address app compatibility issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base for app integration processes

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integration and problem-solving
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Swift
  • Proficiency with iOS, macOS, or other operating systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation and Benefits

Apple offers a competitive salary, ranging from $121,900 to $214,500, based on your qualifications and location. You'll also enjoy comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and access to our Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation support.
