Randstad USA is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join their team in Columbus, OH. This role will involve servicing clients in the utilities and oil and gas industry.

Job Description:

The Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for driving new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling services. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, leveraging industry expertise, strategically positioning Randstad Digital to maximize growth potential, and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in selling technical products or professional sales, with a proven history of success in expanding services within assigned accounts. Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Selling technical products and/or professional sales experience
  • Proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts

  • Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and influence
