Overview:
Cleveland Clinic, a world-renowned healthcare institution, seeks a highly skilled Imaging Specialist to join our team in Diagnostic Radiography. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of medical imaging technology.

About the Role:
As an Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating complex electronic equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Your expertise will enable you to prepare patients for examinations, position them accurately, and ensure their safety throughout the process. You will also maintain the working condition of equipment, report any malfunctions, and contribute to maintaining a sanitary environment in the radiology area.

Responsibilities:
* Operate x-ray equipment to obtain images of the body interpreted by a Radiologist
* Prepare patients for examinations, positioning them accurately to ensure desired reports for diagnostic purposes
* Calculate and select appropriate equipment and technical factors such as proper type of film and number of kilovolts or milliamperes
* Maintain working condition of all equipment and report any malfunctions or needs for adjustments to appropriate personnel
* Assist in maintaining sanitary condition of radiology area

Requirements:
* Completion of Radiologic Technology programs from approved school
* Registered Radiographer (R) with American Registry of Radiology Technologists
* Current Radiology state license
* Basic Life Support from American Heart Association

Benefits:
