Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in a residential setting.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in a residential environment.
  • Ability to provide leadership and management for first-shift operations.
  • Demonstrated mature judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to offer effective supervision to multiple staff members.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations and delegate responsibilities during crises.
  • Provide individual and team supervision for second-shift residential staff.
  • Ensure completion of all second-shift documentation.
  • Able to participate in physical interventions.
  • Must possess a valid MA driver's license and pass a CORI/DCF background check.
  • MAP certification is a plus.

Schedule:
Full-time, Wednesday 2pm-11pm, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-11pm

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $26.44
