About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team at SwimLabs Swim School. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to students of all ages and abilities, while ensuring their safety and well-being in the water. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, provide feedback to parents, and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
  • Teaching swimming lessons to students in accordance with our curriculum and certification standards.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized learning environment.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a swim instructor.
  • Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED certification.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds in weight.
