Job Description

The Medical Office Coordinator will play a critical role in our team by managing patient flow, coordinating referrals, and maintaining accurate records. This individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient registrations, verify benefits, and ensure timely appointments
  • Coordinate referrals, process authorizations, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Assist with front desk operations, answering phones, and responding to patient inquiries
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications include experience working in medical offices, familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding, and bilingual skills (Spanish and English).

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
