Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for routine HR inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain organized and accurate human resource documentation and assist with audits.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new team members.
  • Actively participate in the Housing Team, supporting events and administrative tasks.
  • Manage DMV Pull Notice program and assist with incident reporting.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new hires.
  • Provide payroll assistance, including managing reimbursements and deductions.
  • Operate company vehicles as required for transportation needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Valid California driver's license required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous office experience is a plus.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Consistent attendance is essential for this position.
