- Identify, evaluate, and solve end-user workstation problems.
- Support and train end-users in various software applications.
- Read, understand, and apply technical information.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- May stand or sit for long periods of up to 12 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and perform frequent twisting and bending.
- Work in various adverse conditions.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
