  • Obey safety standards and follow local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical computer-related problems.
  • Make distinction between Level One and Level Two end-user problems.
  • Identify, evaluate, and solve end-user workstation problems.
  • Support and train end-users in various software applications.
  • Read, understand, and apply technical information.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
Work Environment:
  • May stand or sit for long periods of up to 12 hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively and perform frequent twisting and bending.
  • Work in various adverse conditions.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
