Job Summary

This PRN Speech Pathologist will provide coverage at Memorial Hermann's outpatient facilities, traveling between Memorial City and Sugar Land as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in Texas. Experience in mentoring and training staff is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with communication and oral-pharyngeal disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve patient goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Document patient progress and provide instruction to caregivers
  • Assist in program development and serve as a clinical resource to staff and the community
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology
  • Current license to practice in Texas
  • Experience in mentoring and training staff
  • Ability to commit to an elected commitment schedule
