Responsibilities:
As a Water Quality Specialist, your duties will include:
- Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential water treatment systems
- Installing reverse osmosis and comprehensive water treatment solutions
- Occasionally assisting installation technicians and/or installing reverse osmosis systems
- Ensuring the company vehicle is in good working condition
- Keeping proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
- Identifying and proactively addressing potential business opportunities
- Documenting installed equipment, generating customer invoices, and processing transactions at the job site
- Participating in company-sponsored training sessions
Qualifications:
Do you have what it takes?
- Preferred 2 years of experience in servicing and installing water treatment systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Capability to work independently and efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed correctly the first time
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Capacity to lift, carry, and maneuver at least 100 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and at medium to high elevations.
