Overnight Baker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As an Overnight Baker, you will be responsible for baking bread and bakery items each night according to Panera standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake bread and bakery items according to Panera standards
• Execute a variety of tasks including prep, cleaning, and stocking
• Partner with and support cafe managers and teammates where needed
• Work independently overnight (approx. 9pm-8am)
• Organize duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 to operate all equipment
• Some High School; Diploma/GED is preferred
• Prior baking, restaurant, or food service experience
• Ability to work independently overnight
• Self-starter with ability to organize duties and multi-task
• Approved criminal background check
• Meet physical activities and requirements of the job
