Appraiser II/III Specialist

The Arapahoe County Assessor's Office is seeking a highly skilled Appraiser I Commercial to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support, sales associate services, and property tax operations in the construction and business services sectors.

• Provide technical support for commercial property valuation and appraisal services
• Assist with sales associate duties, including customer service and sales
• Contribute to property tax operations, including data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with the construction and business services teams to ensure seamless service delivery
