Housekeeper Job Description

PACS Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clean and Maintain Facilities: Clean and straighten rooms, offices, and common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
  2. Plumbing and Sanitation: Clean sinks, showers, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures, and resupply soap and paper products in bathrooms and at hand washing sinks.
  3. Dust and Clean Surfaces: Clean and dust vertical and horizontal surfaces that collect dust, including mirrors and glass surfaces.
  4. Waste Management: Collect trash, clean and reline containers with plastic liners, and ensure that residents' rooms are safe and maintained in an attractive manner.
  5. Equipment and Supplies: Properly store equipment and supplies, and follow facility fire safety and infection control practices.
  6. Customer Service: Greet residents, visitors, and staff courteously, respect dignity and confidentiality standards, and promote resident rights.
