We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Services Representative to provide outstanding service to our guests at the Heritage Hotel Golf Spa and Conference Center.

Your role will involve greeting guests, managing their details, issuing keys and room assignments, and addressing any inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication abilities, a strong dedication to their work, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, ensuring accurate recording of credit card information and room assignments.

Maintain accurate guest records:
Ensure all guest information is up-to-date and correct.

  • Address customer complaints effectively as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage online and in-person booking requests, and respond to inquiries regarding room rates, availability, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared and ready.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist.
  • Experience in handling phone calls and managing stressful situations.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills.
