Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in a timely manner
  • Gather customer and vehicle details
  • Accurately document all vehicle issues as reported by the customer
  • Assess and suggest maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare a thorough and precise estimate for labor and parts
  • Set follow-up appointments
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
  • Ensure that the final bill matches the work completed on the repair order
  • Clarify all completed services and charges to customers

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager, or service consultant
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Commitment to a long-term career with a growing company
  • Integrity in both personal and professional conduct
  • Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software
