Pacific Network Solutions is seeking an experienced RF Foreman to join our team. As an RF Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and crew, including site-specific closeout documentation.
- Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership.
- Ensure safety and quality control requirements are met at all times.
- Compile and upload site-specific closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
- Coordinate with customer representatives for site-related activities, maintaining positive relationships.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to all crew members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition at all times.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for job assignments.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
- Certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
- Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and constructing according to Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Expertise in assembling antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), Power and Fiber Distribution systems to industry standards.
- Skilled in installing coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, and making coax connections to ensure reliable RF signal transmission.
- Proficient in PIM and Sweep Testing.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with company motor vehicle policy.
- Ability to create a safe work environment with acceptable quality and efficiency.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teaching and training proper work and safety procedures.
- Capable of tower climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally working up to 12 hours.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drugs (including marijuana) and background screening.
- Local to the market.
