Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at TLC Nursing Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to clients, adhering to established Physician Plans of Treatment and agency policies.
Conduct ongoing assessments of client and family circumstances, communicating changes and needs to the physician and Nursing Supervisor.
Initiate preventive, rehabilitative, and therapeutic nursing measures, teaching safety precautions, medication actions, and interactions.
Administer medications, treatments, and other modalities as ordered by the attending physician.
Maintain current skills, knowledge, and practice-specific information by completing continuing education programs.
Document accurately and submit timely nursing notes and reports, according to agency and facility standards.
Requirements:
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with a minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting.
Must possess current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification and be of mature and responsible character.
Must have good observational nursing judgment and effective communication skills, as well as be of good physical and mental health.
Must complete the agency employment process and orientation.
