Key Responsibilities:

Support the Inventory Team for Control Systems as a vital member of the Focal Team for the Army Materiel Command.

  • Utilize site maps, architectural documentation, and site evaluations to create workflow process documents.
  • Analyze mission assessments to identify key assets, critical infrastructure, and systems.
  • Assist in prioritizing key assets to enhance resource allocation and asset protection.
  • Conduct on-site inventories (both physical and logical), assessments, and validation audits.
  • Perform comprehensive research and analysis across all levels of site and system products, including design, installation, inventory, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Provide technical evaluations of IT and OT systems for the identification, assessment, and documentation of current and future systems.
  • Develop technical and operational reports and summaries to furnish leadership with an accurate situational understanding and its impact on mission and operational risk.
  • Create detailed workflow process diagrams using Microsoft Visio or similar applications.
  • Establish and maintain Common Operating Picture/Dashboards to support leadership decision-making efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams on related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is mandated by federal law.
  • Ability to obtain and sustain a secret security clearance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Control Systems is essential.
  • Proficient in desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Capability to create templates for inventory tasks.
  • Skilled in preparing and maintaining Excel files for documentation, sorting, and reporting for diverse audience needs.
  • Experience with one or more of the following Control Systems:

• Niagara
• Metasys
• Closed-circuit television (CCTV)
• Electronic Security Systems (ESS)
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
• Lighting Control Systems
• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Control Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
• Environmental Monitoring Systems
• Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Control Systems
• Utility Control Systems (UCS)
• Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
