Machine Operator Position Overview

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or possess permanent residency in the U.S.

Position Summary:

The role involves producing goods in a cost-efficient, high-quality, and timely manner while strictly adhering to safety protocols. Team collaboration is essential, in alignment with company policies.

Educational Background:

A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

At least six months to one year of relevant experience is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate automatic screw machines
  • Maintain and manage necessary machinery
  • Replace tooling in machines as required
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Implement safety measures to ensure product specifications are met without deviation
  • Identify critical features on blueprints
  • Comply with 6S & Safety Guidelines

Additional Duties:

  • Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Competent in reading, writing, and basic mathematics
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and utilize measurement tools
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Adhere to assembly guidelines and qualification checklists
  • Skilled in following instructions

Physical Demands:

  • Engage in repetitive hand and arm movements
  • Push, pull, and bend as required
  • Lift items weighing up to 35 lbs
  • Stand for prolonged periods
  • Work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Meet vision and color perception standards
