Job Title: Pharmacist (Part-Time)

PharmaCann, Inc. is a leading provider of cannabis-based products, operating in multiple states across the US. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, maximizing revenue goals, and ensuring compliance with all inventory, security, and system protocols. This role requires a strong passion for the benefits of medical cannabis and a commitment to making a positive impact on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive retail sales and patient retention through effective sales training and product knowledge.
  • Maintain all store operational standards, including inventory management and security protocols.
  • Oversee the maintenance of inventory standards on-site and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Operate POS and corresponding systems, ensuring accurate and safe protocols are maintained.
  • Assist patients with their questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive experience for all patients.
  • Direct and oversee patient interactions, providing clinical oversight and coordination with practitioners to facilitate positive patient outcomes.
  • Promote a positive experience for all patients, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of cannabis forms, dosing, drug interactions, and side effects, recommending dosing based on patient conditions.
  • Follow all processes to ensure accurate and safe protocols are maintained as part of the quality assurance program.
  • Ensure on-the-job safety of all employees and treatment for employee injuries sustained on the job.
Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and get in and out of an automobile several times a day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, lift/carry product, totes, and push/pull carts.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions during all four seasons.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to utilize arms at extended position for long periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of products.
