Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Officer/First Responder to join our team at Harrah's Resort Southern California. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed
  • Respond to medical emergencies and incidents on property
  • Oversee and maintain control of incidents occurring on property
  • Handle evidence returned by law enforcement agencies
  • Assist in coordinating efforts during emergency situations
  • Provide superior customer service and interact positively with guests and employees
  • Deliver training modules to security shifts
  • Review and verify security reports
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a position with direct guest contact required
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions, DUI, or more than 2 moving vehicle violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to push or pull up to 150 pounds
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
What We Offer
