Job Overview

Glidden Excavating & Paving, Inc. is seeking skilled construction professionals to join our team as Construction Laborers. As a member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of construction projects, including excavation, paving, and site preparation
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as skid-steer loaders and excavators, to perform tasks safely and efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (preferred)
  • Ability to work full-time from April through November, with opportunities for overtime
