Responsibilities:- Collect and document patient information to efficiently triage patients based on illness acuity and office processes
- Provide medical advice to patients with acute/chronic health conditions as directed by the provider
- Assist care teams with telephone encounters and return calls to patients
- Transfer calls to appropriate staff/care teams
- Administer medications and vaccines according to the childhood immunization table
- Document encounters and decision-making in the electronic medical record (EMR) in a concise and accurate manner
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completed an accredited Registered Nurse education program
- Active and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of MA
- Active CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Ability to travel between multiple locations within 25 miles
