Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal, Product Engineering to lead and shape antenna, radome, and antenna measurement system technology within our Company. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight, delegating tasks, and working with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to general innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead diverse teams and provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees across the business within your areas of expertise.
  • Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, systems, etc., to analyze simulation or test data to verify performance to requirements.
  • Develop and implement near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms and design near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms.
  • Manage and present technical data to stakeholders and customers in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps, enable modernization, and contribute to general innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Strong experience managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
  • Understanding of near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms and ability to design near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms.
  • Experience with being a Cost Account Manager or Integrate Product Team Lead.
  • Proficiency with Python, MATAB, and/or other high-level scientific programming languages.
  • Proficiency with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and schedulers such as SLURM.

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $200,000 USD, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
