Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN III to join our Home Health team at BayCare Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care to assigned patients, including IV infusions, infusion pumps, and tube feedings under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Implement and maintain appropriate teaching plans for patients and caregivers under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to assess patient response to treatment and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Administer medications and evaluate their effectiveness, as applicable.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent GED
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • IV Therapy Certification
Work Environment

This is a full-time, exempt position working 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. The successful candidate will be based in Largo, Florida, and will work remotely occasionally.
