Job Summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Management Team, you will be responsible for delivering investment planning and advisory services to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and insurance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the delivery of investment planning and advisory services to clients
  • Partner with the Wealth Management Team to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
  • Construct and manage investment portfolios tailored to each client's unique situation
  • Provide economic and market views, investment strategy, and portfolio construction to clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in a financial sales position, preferably working with affluent clients
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license, and applicable state insurance license
Preferred Skills
  • Considerable knowledge of financial planning, including goals-based planning, asset allocation, retirement planning, and education funding
  • Extensive knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies
  • Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients and maintain a holistic approach to planning
Benefits
  • Competitive annual base salary between $65,000 and $65,500 depending on the required state minimum
  • Eligibility for incentives based on employee production under the applicable incentive plan
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, basic term and optional term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and paid vacation
