Traveling Nurse Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of the Solutions By Sanford team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to plan and implement patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and emotional evaluations, to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
