About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Professional to join our team at ZephyrTech. As an Employee in Quality Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our cleanroom production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of industry-leading standards, including BRC/HACCP, ISO 50001, and GMP, to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Coordinate quality and hygiene management initiatives, as well as hazard and risk analysis, to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and verify conformity declarations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in audits, including certification, customer, and supplier audits, to maintain our high standards.
- Contribute to the development, creation, maintenance, and issuance of quality management manuals to ensure consistency and best practices.
- Conduct and monitor quality inspections, documenting findings and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Analyze complaints and implement root cause and error analysis to prevent future occurrences.
- Introduce methods to ensure product and process quality, driving continuous improvement.
- Manage measuring equipment and create test plans to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in plastics engineering, chemistry, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Possess several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably in the plastics processing industry, with a focus on food packaging.
- Be proficient in creating analyses and decision templates, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate resilience, high self-motivation, and analytical thinking, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
