">Thomas Talent Network, a trusted paperboard packaging resource, is seeking an experienced Sheet Fed Offset Lithographer to join our team in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. As a member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art printing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

">Job Description
">This role requires a high degree of mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read a tape measure in standard and metric units. You must also have excellent multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong understanding of the PMS color book and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products are essential.
">Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain sheet-fed offset lithographic printing presses">
- Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance tasks">
- Assist feeder operators, assistant pressmen, or pressmen with hanging plates and replacing blankets">
- Monitor press operations to ensure high-quality output and minimize downtime">
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment">
Requirements
">- ">
- High School Diploma or equivalent">
- 2-3 years of experience in sheet-fed offset lithographic printing">
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure in standard and metric units">
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team">
- Strong understanding of the PMS color book and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products">
- Overtime available, with 2nd shift hours from 2pm to 10pm and 3rd shift hours from 10pm to 6am">
