As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and leading our healthcare team to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care needs are met and that the team is working efficiently.
  • Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of patient care and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of patient care and services are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and have a strong educational background in nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Triboro Center offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
