The Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in a store environment. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customer needs and helping them find the best products. Your role will involve:

  • Consistently executing our selling model in a fun, team environment
  • Meeting sales goals and expectations during scheduled shifts
  • Building a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, product recommendations, and sales conversion
  • Supporting product replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant
  • Assisting with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
  • Abiding by our values, policies, procedures, and safety messages

What You Can Expect

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with demonstrated sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment. You should be available for varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing, and peak hour shifts. Effective communication skills and the ability to act on feedback are essential.
